SUMMARY:HCHC Children's Business Fair
DESCRIPTION:CHILDREN LAUNCH THEIR START UP BUSINESS\n\nAll participants in the 4th Annual HCHC Children’s Business Fair are expected to set up a table and present their business in person at our one day marketplace. This is an interactive event\, and judges will make rounds to speak with each child\, ask questions\, and learn more about their business venture. \nIn addition to participating in person\, each child must submit a 1 minute commercial video promoting their business. Students should explain the who\, what\, when\, where\, how\, and why of their business. If merchandise is sold online\, please include the website or sales link. \nWe recognize that some children may need accommodations due to social anxiety or similar challenges. While limited accommodations may be available on a case by case basis\, families should note that this fair is primarily an in person event\, and participants are expected to present onsite with their business display whenever possible. \nPlease submit video entries to reviews@hchomeschooling.org. \nCompetition by age: \n\n5 – 7 years old\n8 – 12 years old\n13 – 17 years old\n\nThis event is sponsored by Acton Academy\, the Acton School of Business\, and the generous support of our donors and volunteers.  We believe that principled entrepreneurs are heroes and role models for the next generation.
