HCHC Refund & Exchange Policy

At HCHC, we aim to be fair and transparent with all of our families. Please review our refund and exchange policy carefully before making purchases or enrolling in classes.

 

Co-op Classes

Refunds for tuition and co-op class payments are available only through the end of the second week of school. After that point, no refunds will be issued, including cases of withdrawal, suspension, or expulsion.

 

Clothing & School Wear

Uniforms and spirit wear may be exchanged only if:
  • They are unworn and unwashed
  • Original tags are still attached
We don’t offer refunds for clothing or school wear. Families are welcome to donate items they no longer need back to HCHC to benefit another family.

 

Cards & Passes

Pizza cards, drop-in punch cards, and any prepaid service cards are treated like cash.
  • No refunds will be given for these cards.
  • Cards are fully transferable and never expire, so you can share them or use them in the future.

Umbrella Program

Umbrella membership fees are non-refundable. The only option available is cancellation of your annual subscription, which will prevent renewal for the following year.
