Take advantage of the flexibility we offer with our Pay-As-You-Go option! Purchase an individual punch card, and your child can attend six (6) co-op classes. Punch cards are stored on file at the co-op and are punched by staff at time of service. They are valid at any campus but do not apply to Archery, Odyssey of the Mind, nor Snapology®.

Punch cards never expire, are transferable, but are non-refundable.

Purchase punch cards for school lunch! The weekly menu features cheese and/or pepperoni pizza, accompanied by a side item like applesauce, chips, granola bars, and other healthy options. Each card has five punches, valued at $5.00 each. Lunch includes two slices of pizza, a side, and a beverage—all for $5.

Please treat the punch cards like cash. They are transferable but non-refundable.

CURRENT STUDENTS -
Parents of students currently attending HCHC's Leadership Academy should request transcripts directly from the school administrator.

ELEMENTARY & MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS -
Contact your administrator at (802) 424-2099 to request student records for elementary and middle school students who have withdrawn and/or were dismissed from the academy. After graduation, student records are maintained for five (5) years and then destroyed.

AUTHORITY TO ISSUE THE DIPLOMA
If you are a homeschooling parent, you have the authority because you are often times the administrator of your home instruction program. HCHC's school administrator has the authority to issue this diploma.

Receive a certified and embossed copy of your Portfolio Review Form. This document can be used to confirm your membership in a state approved, umbrella group.

BEYOND 5 YEARS -
Contact your administrator at (802) 424-2099 to request student records for reviews conducted more than 5 years ago. There are no guarantees that files remain archived past 5 years.
