What is a Shadow Day?
A Shadow Day is a low pressure “try it out” day where your child attends HCHC for a full day and gets the real experience of what membership feels like. Instead of walking in cold, they’re paired with a friendly, enrolled student who becomes their guide and built in buddy. Your child follows their buddy through the class schedule, lunch, and recess, so they can settle in quickly, feel included right away, and see if HCHC is the right fit.

On a Shadow Day, your child is paired with an enrolled student who becomes their personal guide for the day. They’ll shadow a student through classes, lunch, and recess, which means your child gets an instant friend and a smooth, comfortable introduction to our community.
