PORTFOLIO REVIEWS | Participation in the Umbrella Group requires an annual payment and copy of your Notification Form sent to reviews@hchomeschooling.org. Howard County residents must email student's full name(s) and DOB(s) in lieu of a copy of the Notification Form. Homeschool portfolio reviews are scheduled in the months of January and June. An email notification with detailed instructions will be sent to you 30-45 days prior to your review.
